A Blue Moon is a 13th full moon occurring within a given year.
As it turns out, December 31st was the first time in 19 years that we experienced a Blue Moon on New Year’s Eve.
Blue and grey hues surround a full moon.
Yep I saw it but forgot to take a photo.............duh.
